Błażej Chyła, the youngest-ever winner of the WPROST 2021 Eagle, creator of the #UpiększamyPolki Vocational Activation Action, innovator awarded for the implementation of AI in advertising spaces and chairman of the "Visionaries of the Future" Chapter. Founder of the international digital group Quantum Holding, which includes the promising Quantum Neuron AI - a project that aims to bring a revolution to organisations through the employment of artificial intelligence. Its mission? To change the world for the better by combining technology with humanism and innovation. See for yourself how it plans to revolutionise the future of business.
Can you talk about your Quantum Neuron project and what sets it apart from other artificial intelligence initiatives?
Welcome. Quantum Neuron (welcome to learn more - www.quantumneuron.eu) is an absolutely unique project. I believe it is more than just another technological trend using artificial intelligence. We, as Quantum Media Group, have deep roots in the implementation of AI in digital projects. Back in 2002, we received an award for implementing AI in the advertising space by opening a virtual clinic with an AI engine in Germany.
This was even before the ChatGPT era. For a long time, I have been watching what is happening in the market as founder and CEO of a large media group. Exchanging experiences with entrepreneurs from all over the world, observing the business environment and the galloping technological revolution, I am convinced that the time has come for artificial intelligence to find its place in companies and organisations all over the world, bringing, above all, concrete value to entrepreneurs and contributing to demand creation. You can hear about it all around you, we are going to make it work, we are going to make it happen. Quantum Neuron has enormous potential. We are strongly committed to this project, which is unique in terms of technology, vision and goals.
What were the inspirations and motivations for creating the Quantum Neuron?
Our DNA has always been close to analytical activities. My background in business analytics keeps me close to Excel and extracting relevant factors in projects. Quantum Neuron is a response to a market need that I identified and noticed. At the moment, the use of AI is the so-called Enthusiasm Factor. Quantum Neuron will make this go to standard like screens in cars, This is the answer to real and kosher business use of AI. Imagine the power and potency of bringing AI into every type of organisation - from cake shops to state-of-the-art fintechs.
I believe that each of these organisations has a place and needs the solutions that Quantum Neuron can provide. It was no different with the steam engine or the first computers. AI is set to become a full-fledged member of organisations. We are in the process of deeply analysing different implementation models, from a recurring charge like we pay for electricity to the introduction of Persona AI in the form of a ...full-time job.
Exactly how do you plan to introduce artificial intelligence into the various full-time positions within companies? What are the benefits of this approach?
We intend to revolutionise the labour market by introducing AI as a full-time employee. Entrepreneurs will be able to deploy an AI persona, an employee who speaks 60 languages and is available from 6am to 11pm, or even longer. It depends on the settings in the employer's dashboard. We want organisations to get great value from such solutions and see Quantum Neuron taking a real step forward in AI implementation. Our goal is for companies around the world to reap the benefits of AI, not just in the form of ChatGPT, but as a permanent collaborator in teams, from customer service to sales, onboarding and offboarding of customers or the coveted by businesses - process automation. AI is supposed to help teams to collectively achieve the Goals created by Manegement. It is supposed to be simpler, easier, more enjoyable and importantly; more profitable.
At what stage of development is the Quantum Neuron project now and what are the plans for the near future?
We are six months into the Seed Idea, I have assembled an ambitious team of passionate, soulful people who understand my vision and are adding to it. Just as importantly, we've already had several months of IT Development; a working prototype and MVP. We have run Turing tests, where our AI personae have been communicating with a live business fabric in the form of customers from a variety of customer acquisition methods. We are in the process of acquiring more test environments and collecting feedback from customers and partners. In the near future, in September, we will be partnering with a series of conferences and debates at the Warsaw PTAK Expo.
We want to substantively communicate the value of the panels and have active discussions with representatives from various industries to bring our universal solutions to the market, starting in Poland. Any Entrepreneur who wants to take part in changing the world is welcome to participate in the Test Programme where we implement our technology in various industry environments. We expect cooperation and regular feedback, and in return we guarantee a favourable Early Access deal. This is an incredible opportunity to take part in an early adopter to the benefit of your business. My email: CEO@quantumneuron.eu
Why did you decide to set up operations in Poland and the UK?
I am based mainly in London and Poland. As a Pole by origin, I know the Polish market well, as well as the pains of sales processes, which I learned through my own start-up. We want this revolution to start in Poland and Central Europe. Poles are not geese, they have their own Silicon Valley too!
The UK, especially London, is an international city with many connections, which is beneficial for our global expansion. We plan to apply for technology development grants in the UK, where legislators' outlook on AI is more favourable than in the European Union. This strategically prepares the project matrix for international expansion.
What challenges have you encountered so far and how have you dealt with them?
We encountered many difficulties early on in the project. We focus on integrating different environments, such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Google, into one efficient mechanism in our dashboard. We note that low-quality projects can distort the perception of AI among businesses.
We need to ensure the high quality of our solutions to demonstrate the potential and power of AI. Another challenge is to prepare for the implementation of open source solutions to further improve processes. We are ready for the difficulties ahead, because we know that this is what building something new and setting new paths looks like.
What are the visions and long-term goals for Quantum Neuron and Quantum Media Group?
We will use Quantum Media Group's background as marketing specialists to support Quantum Neuron in identifying the unique points of our clients' products and services. It is essential that the Neural Network at Etat has the appropriate training of the so-called Knowledge Base. Our first goal is to implement 50 Person AI on a full-time basis.
With the proceeds at an early stage, we will focus on maximising onboarding and offboarding processes, creating Best Practise for selected business segments and procedures that will allow us to implement AI in Organisations more efficiently and clearly from the operational side. We will invest the funds raised in further developing the technology to make our AI personae more versatile and able to perform more tasks. We also have pro-social visions, we want to make our technology chain available to people who need it, but the details on this will remain our secret for now. Every big project should have a piece of Altruism in it.
How would you summarise the Quantum Neuron project?
I believe that artificial intelligence is the key to a future where technology and humanism coexist harmoniously. Our goal is to bring these innovative solutions to companies around the world, starting with Poland and the UK. Quantum Neuron is not just a project, it is our vision of a future where AI becomes an integral partner to every business, bringing real benefits and changing the way we function every day.
Thank you for the interview.
