Artificial intelligence is increasingly serving companies as a new tool to make work easier. More and more companies are using AI - according to statistics, up to one in four companies. This innovative solution increases revenue for entrepreneurs and shows their business growth in the market.
The world is marching forward, and with it technological developments. The GPT chatbot has stirred up a lot across industries, but there is still a lack of knowledge when it comes to developing cutting-edge AI solutions. Companies are increasingly investing in the development of their employees in artificial intelligence so that the measures put in place will yield returns for the company over time. The key will be to get long-term value from the changes made and to take advantage of new opportunities in different business areas.
According to a report by EY, it appears that Poland will be among the beneficiaries of AI. Our country could gain as much as $90bn a year. Poland was ranked seventh among economies from the EU, the US, the UK and Switzerland with the highest annual production capacity generated through the support of this technology. According to research conducted by EY Poland - How Polish companies are implementing AI - indicates that 62% medium and large domestic organisations have completed or are in the phase of implementing artificial intelligence. The main motivators are the improvement of internal processes (40%) and the possibility to better reach customers (34%). It is important to emphasise the overwhelmingly dominant positive motivation to implement change, directly linked to perceived benefits.
Most often, generative artificial intelligence in Poland is used by the marketing (47 per cent), sales (34 per cent) and IT (26 per cent) departments. According to the survey, implementations are also planned in areas such as R&D (60 per cent), production (53 per cent) and finance (53 per cent). When it comes to marketing departments, these are mainly digital agencies, marketing agencies, sales platforms and e-commerce companies. When it comes to IT departments, on the other hand, these are mainly companies related to electronics, technology and robotics.
Raising awareness of entrepreneurs and employees from various industries during debates at the Fair is the main task of Quantum Media Group. Mr Blazej Chyla knows a lot about AI, as he has initiated solutions for companies. Mr Blazej will talk about which solutions are worth using and which are not:
Holding company Quantum Media Group's implementation of a new Tech ; Quantum Neuron is a response to an existing and identified market need for AI adaptations. Just look at Nvidia's shares, breaking through the magic market valuation and overtaking Apple ( statement 10 June 2024)! Just like with the dotcom bubble, the market is pricing new technology. We are taking a step forward and implementing AI and Machine Learning solutions in real market solutions. The first successful implementation we carried out even before ChatpGPT was officially announced was a virtual clinic in Germany, together with a unique AI engine for facial examination and cream/care recommendation to the user in question. We are the Protoplasts of AI solutions; We received an award for this project in 2022 : https://youtu.be/ik9rjI51Nz4?si=29s9fVjQ-el7N0f0 .
Now, as you are well aware, such solutions are standard. This only shows the level of adaptation of consumers and the business fabric in general to the implementation of such solutions. As Quantum Neuron, months of work were crowned with a Turing Test on a surveyed consumer group. Belief turned into knowledge that optimisation of onboarding, sales, helpdesk processes is possible with specific integrations to facilitate the path to purchase or contact in an organisation. We saw it, we felt it.
Invariably, pro-social activities using our algorithms/solutions are in the DNA of the Holding. I believe that technology without global adaptation and support for positive change is devoid of one of the engines of change; Altruism... Let this also be a punch line to all those who see (and rightly so! The basis of science is doubt) a threat in advancing technology.
The pace of change is not going to stop anyway ( one begs for a short geopolitical treatise China VS "the West" in the context of AI...), but we can make it so that it is used as an appropriate and pro-human resource.
