A persona is not a chatBOT. ChatBOTs respond in a set way to given phrases we have previously entered. Our AI Persona is aware of the context, the situation and what is happening in the conversation. Therefore, there is no need to indicate specific answers to it because a knowledge base and simple instruction is sufficient for it to respond as a human would. We train it with commands and a description of the situation exactly the same way we train a new physical worker. Our Persona AI has passed the Touring test and the Neck test. It will conduct a conversation just like a human and will always present itself as a human.

Above all, our Persona is largely conscious. It is not another grotesque chatBOT. The AI Persona talks like a human and we teach it exactly the same way we teach a new employee in our company. We do not need AI knowledge. Just give it a command and it will understand the situation and perform the task according to the implemented knowledge base. Just like we humans, who also have this knowledge base in our heads.

Persons are supported by a dedicated Dashboard bringing together all communication across channels: WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email.... We have developed a unique system for the process of "Machine Self-Personalization" based on data from your Business. That is, messages and conversations that end in a 'deal' serve as the basis for Persona learning. Such a process results in a cascading increase in conversions.

This is usually between one and two weeks depending on when we can meet and gather the knowledge base from your company. After that, creating a Persona is literally a few hours.

We need a moment of your time to conduct the training and create the dedicated technology for your business, map your business to determine the roles and places of implementation of the persona and a dedicated contact person to provide us with the knowledge base in the form of documents (at this stage the documents do not need to be structured - in any format).
